What does outplacement cost?
Outplacement is usually priced as a fixed fee per employee and typical coaching support is 6 – 8 months. This includes one-to-one coaching sessions which are personalized and delivered exclusively to suit the needs of each individual. The service is delivered between MyCareer and the employee without involvement or administration from your company.
There is a one-off fee for each individual. Should the delegate secure a new job within 30 days from the date of termination, then 50% of the fee will be refunded.
